Quality Assurance
When purchasing a system from us, you know that should anything go wrong that you are in safe hands. Every system that leaves us is tested to its limits with a minimum 24 hours of stress testing to make sure you do not encounter any problems out of the box. For any system that we build, be it a complex Blade Server solution to a desktop workstation, they all go through our rigourous performance benchmarks and safety tests.

All systems will complete a stress test, to make sure that you won't encounter any problems. Our stress tests are done over a sufficient period of time, usually over 24-48 hours, to push the machines to its limits and make sure that any component will respond in a real world environment. With a professional engineering team on hand to help with all your technical issues whether it is hardware or software. We will do our up most to make sure that your problem is solved quickly and efficiently. We recognise that your success depends on reliable systems so your emergency is our emergency.

Warranty Options
We offer a variety of support ranging from our cost effective RTB (Return to Base) warranty to a guaranteed 4-hour response for mission critical applications. Our engineers can even visit you on-site with all the tools and equipment to get you back to doing what you do best.
